Terms of Service

• Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use only.• I have the right to refuse any commission request.• Payment is taken in halves via Venmo (USD ONLY). The first half is upfront. Once payment has been received, I'll begin work on the piece. The second half is required before I send you the final piece. Please note, I do not offer refunds.• Commissions are generally done within 1 month after payment is received unless discussed otherwise. Please plan accordingly if you need a piece done by a specific deadline.• 1 revision is included with sketches, 2 revisions for colored illustrations, and 3 revisions for character sheets. Afterward, only minor edits are permitted, and any further major changes will require additional fees.• At the moment, I only offer digital commissions. This means you will not receive any physical copy of the artwork whatsoever.• The piece will generally be delivered in PNG format via Google Drive or email. Files will not remain available to view indefinitely via Google Drive, so please ensure you back them up after receiving file links.

Work Process

(1) I will contact you back as soon as I receive your commission request, and from there we start discussing the terms and specifics of the commission. I will always confirm the details with you before I request your first payment.(2) When payment is received, I will send you confirmation and a date of when to expect the first round of sketches. During revision stages, please feel free to suggest any edits regarding the commission. This art piece is for you, and I want to help create the best piece possible! This step may be repeated depending on which type of commission you chose.(3) After we're done with the revision process, I will send you the artwork for final approval (it will have a faint watermark and a slightly smaller resolution to prevent theft). This is proof to you that the commission is complete. You will have a week after I send the message (not a week after you open the message) to send over the second half of payment. Once received, I'll deliver the final version of the commissioned artwork in its intended size and quality.(4) The commission process is now complete, and any revisions after this point will require an extra charge.I highly encourage open and transparent communication!
